The Aschauerweiher: Germany's largest natural pool

There has been a bath at the Aschauerweiher since 1880. Since a major renovation, the Aschauerweiher is the largest natural pool in Germany.

The natural swimming pond blends harmoniously into the landscape and doesn't look like an artificial outdoor pool at all, but rather like a pond. The Aschauerweiher!

In addition to the 4200 m² large water area, the mountain panorama is the highlight of the Aschauerweiher natural pool. From the deck chair or from the large lawn you have a wonderful view of the king of the Berchtesgaden Alps, the Watzmann.
